I bought an iphone from someone online but the person happens to forget his login, after i reset the phone, its asking me to login, how can I remove the icloud lock?? I'm unable to reach the person

No one here or at Apple can help you to get the Activation Lock released, Only the original owner who set it can help you.

If you are unable to locate that person, it is worthless to you. Recycle it.
