Erratic response to touch with iPad Pro 11 2019

Occasionally my two month-old iPad Pro 11 decides to not respond to scrolling, pinching, or other gestures. I read that a quick sequence of touching Vol Up, Vol Down, and On/Off buttons would begin a sort of deep restart/reset. That worked once, but now that process only brings up Siri. Anybody out there have a solution? Makes me want to take a hammer to this **** thing. Apple stuff used to “just work”, but not anymore! Grrr…

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
