E.g.
When I am using Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard, it has one particular key to lock screen
When I am using PC or laptop, I can press windows+L to lock screen
Does the Smart Keyboard Folio really don’t support this function?😩

Perhaps the Smart Folio keyboard is the wrong keyboard for your needs. There are loads of Bluetooth keyboards out there with a key which will lock your screen by tap. Keyboards from many Amazon sellers on the lesser expensive side to higher end options from Brydge, Zagg or Logitech.

The Smart Keyboard Folio includes auto-wake. The iPad wakes or sleeps when you open or close the Folio.
Thanks for the reply. But what I actually wanna know is how to lock (or make iPad sleep) by using keyboard folio, but not close the folio.
Lock the iPad by clicking the power button on top of the iPad.
Agreed... I have a Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard, perhaps I should consider to use it.. lol
You can certainly give it a try, but I suspect what you need is one with iOS shortcuts, which the brands I suggested in my response specifically include. They are coded specifically for iPad.
