I have already set up my daughters new iPad - I now need to import her old back up from ICloud.

How do I do this?

To restore to an iCloud backup you will first need to erase the iPad so that you can get to the set up screens : Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
