how do I access my apps on itunes to delete the subscriptions I have cancelled?

iTunes hasn't provided direct support for app management since iTunes 12.7. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support for details on how to cancel any upcoming renewals. After a subscription has been cancelled you may see options to restart a subscription. These cannot be removed but may disappear automatically after some time.
