If you are saying that you are no longer using the cameras, then it would make sense to delete the DHCP Reservations and Port Mapping information for each device. If you think that you will be enabling the cameras again in the near future, you might want to simply leave things "as is" for now.
In the DHCP Reservations box, click to highlight the name of the camera that you are no longer using, then click the - (minus) button at the bottom of the list to remove the IP address reservation. Do the same for the other camera that you no longer need.
In the Port Settings box, perform the same operation again for both cameras to highlight them, then remove the port setting information by clicking the - (minus) button for each camera.
Click Update at the lower right of the AirPort Utility window to save the new settings and give the AirPort a full minute to restart

The main AirPort router will provide the IP address that the Ring cam(s) are requesting as long as no other device is already using that same IP address on the network.
If you find that things are not working reliably this way, then I would recommend that you set up a Reserved IP address for each Ring device so that the AirPort will always provide the same address.
Thanks very much indeed !
In edition , I'd like to ask another question regarding these airports preferences :
I also have Ring Cams that somehow works in a different / separate wifi environment UNDER MY HOME WIFI.
So I am going to add a few more Ring cams instead of these that I will not use .
In my opinion , I don't need to do any airport changes as the Ring is automatically connect when installed .
Lately I've change the permanent IP address - address , For this matter do I need to do something ? or the airports adjust themselves automatically to the new permanent IP address ?
Thanks agin ...
Thank you very much !!!!!
Happy to help. Good luck!
