Quick 2015 for Mac had a product discontinuation date of April 30, 2018. Quick 2016 for Mac had its discontinuation date on the same date in 2019. If you want a fully functional Quicken for Mac, and in particular, for Mojave, it is time to do Quicken 2019 for Mac.

Quicken's System Requirements for Mac do not mention the above discontinuation dates, and give the wrong illusion that the older, discontinued products are still supported.

If it worked on High Sierra, it will work on Mojave.

If it is an 32-bitt app and not a 64-bit app it won’t work on the next Operating System of Apple: Catalina

To see if it is a 32-bitt app:

  • click on the apple icon at the menubar
  • click on the first tab (overview)
  • click on systemoverwiew
  • on the lift side (under software) click on applications
  • wait a while and then at the rigt sight look for Quicken. Click on it. At the right side of the window you’ll see a yes or no. No means that it is not 64-bitts. If so, contact the developer to get an upgrade
