Lost Word document

I am using Word in iPad Pro. I completed a uni assessment last night and when I went to review it just now, the file name is there but the document has no content. Auto save was on. Can anyone help me with this disaster. Assessment is due today.

finding a lost file created in a third party app I exported a file from Microsoft word into a third party word processing app - ‘only office documents’ is the name of the app, downloaded from the App Store. This morning I realized a file I have been working on all week is now missing, and searching for it within that app gets me nowhere. Is that file gone for good now? It should have been saved to my IPad directly, not to the cloud or another app like Google Drive, so I’m not sure why all of a sudden this particular file is gone from the app’s opening page while the other six remain. Any ideas would be helpful, I will be so upset if I’ve lost a week’s worth of work.

Recovering lost saved files under " On My iPad" folder or storage I am using my company iPad, I use word on my iPad Pro and save the documents to a word folder inside “on my iPad”. Recently, I couldn’t save my documents so I removed the word app and install it again and all my company word documents disappear from inside the word folder in “on my iPad”. Is there a way to recover those documents? Please reply ASAP. Please see photo below!
