The only option is to update it.
You have only 15 minutes after you save the post to alter it.
Anything embarrassing? Provide the link and one of us will forward the link to the hosts.

Apple "owns" the rights to your posts - you "grant" them to Apple to use as they please for all time and eternity in this universe and beyond
Terms of Use § 2.10
License to Use Submission. By sending a Submission to the Site you agree
to grant Apple a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide right
and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available

User deletion has the potential to create chaos
Regularly, Apple alters and deletes posts should it contain embarrassing info.
Apple holds "non-exclusive worldwide right". At least, they cannot employ the rights on the moon. Someone on the international space station could access ASC. Could a poster object to their stuff being read on the ISS? Would Apple be in potential legal trouble if they did?

Terrible lawyers...
I have seen MANY Intellectual Property contracts with the language, "... for all time and eternity, in this universe and beyond" - literally covers the Moon, Mars - and alternate universes 😜
