Updating from 32 to 64mg Adobe on MacBook Air
Am I supposed to update? And how do i do that? Shouldn't the system update it automatically?

If you need the Adobe software then yes you need to upgrade.
Personally I use Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer. Which are more than enough for me. Cheaper too and you can get them from the App Store. And since they are 64 bits they work just fine :)
Your computer and its operating system is a 64 bit system. However if you are using a version of Adobe products older than the Adobe Cloud versions, you'll have to upgrade your Adobe products.
Mac OS won't update 32-bit third party apps automatically. You need to check with Adobe to see if there is an upgrade.
Do i need adobe?
Adobe products include Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat etc. Do you need any of those programs?
