Disabled account

How come my account become disabled?

  • I notice an unauthorized purchase
  • I try to contact Apple, and no meaning of contact
  • I contact my bank and they cancel my credit card
  • I want to add new credit card and notice that i have disabled account.


Apple says; pay or i will disable your account with no notification, no warning, no RESPECT?

 Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes


Contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.

Thank you Eric, I have been trying that last 3 weeks. I feel like idiot by “doing the same thing and expecting different result” :)) somehow no possible contact option. Gives an error code, may be regional issue but as customer I expect them to solve the issue. Worse case an email to report such issues because report a problem link does not work
