how To recover lost pictures and videos after singing in and out at iCloud?
i have signed out from my account and used another Apple ID on my device then I signed in again into my account after that I couldn’t recover my pics?

Log in to https://www.icloud.com/ with your Apple ID credentials (The first one)
Photos App
All your Photos are there.
If it exists, On your iPhone
Settings > [Tap your Name] > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photos > [Enable]
Also enable Download and keep originals or Optimise iPhone Storage
