How do you restore the system software on an iPad without PC? How do you restore the system software on an iPad if you don’t currently have a Mac or PC on hand? I am between personal computers and have been temporarily coasting by using iPad and iPhone solely, but iPad Air2 just recently crashed, undoubtedly after updating system software, and I can’t restore using the current directions without a Mac or PC.

Thank you very much Michael, I managed to resolve the issue which was constant freezing by resetting all settings that appears to have work.
