trouble with barclays bank card

I got roped into the “no interest” Barclays card, have been charged interest for months even though I’m paying monthly and am disgusted that Apple does business this way. Time sensitive loop holes never revealed and a two month wait to get things corrected...if approved for correction. Anyone else had any issues with Barclays card? Having a trust issue with both companies as a result.
