I have already cancelled my subscriptions to apple itunes but why does my paymaya keep on messaging that i am unable to purchase itunes.

Please help

You cancelled the subscription when ? If less than 24 hours prior to its renewal date you are likely to still be charged.

I used to pay for it through paymaya and it texts me everyday that I do not have enough balance inside to pay for itunes which I already cancelled my subscription.
