iPhone XS Max space grey color is fading away spontaneously after only 3 months of purchase!!

Hello Apple,

I’m writing this feedback because I’m shocked and disappointed with my iPhone XS Max, space Grey. After being a regular customer for iPhones since iPhone 4 and onwards, I purchased this newest version of iPhone only six months ago. I have noticed that the color around the charging input is fading away by itself, although I’m using the best iPhone case from apple store in Toronto, Canada. I’m very careful with my devices and my job as a pediatrician doesn’t really require any tough handling of any of my belongings. I’m so disappointed as I found many reviews regarding the same issue with the same model. I’m looking forward for any compensation or remedy to restore my happiness with this iPhone. Now my iPhone looks so awful. I look forward to hearing back from you.
