Cellular failure.
I have cellular failure but don’t have access to a computer. How can I get it fixed just having my phone?

If you have a message on your screen that say you have a cellular failure and must update you either need to find someone with a computer that has iTunes 12.9.4 or later and restore it or make an appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
