Apps not downloading
I try to download a free app and it brings me to putting in my password and then it says my card is not working when there is money on it

When you have a card on an account it has to be a valid card and pass the iTunes validation, that applies to all downloads. Try putting a valid card on the account, or see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove it : Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
