Deleted Apple id

Hi by mystakely i had deleted my apple id, as recently i had lost my iphone 6s and purchased other one ,in that i had created a new apple id. Today bychance i was able to find my exisitng id and logged in but again it had been deleted .kindly suggest as i had lost my complete data

If you deleted your ID, there is no way to recover the data associated with the ID.

You 'deleted' the id how ? Do you mean you got Apple to permanently delete the account : How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support ?
