Upgrade Payment issue in my iPhone 7 plus

i have a problem with my iPhone 7 plus my phone never detect payment from debit card for my i cloud storage so please check my id and what issue comes after a month please guide me as soon as possible thanks


i have one application in my subscription which cant delete or move to anywhere
