How to retrieve a just deleted Voice Memo on an iPhone8

I've just accidentally deleted a Voice Memo. My settings won't permanently delete voice memos until 30 days, so surely there must be an easy way to retrieve. I'm backed up on iCloud and can connect to iTunes. Relevant advice would be warmly welcomed.
