Changing password on iPhone 7 Mail account

Hello,

I am logged into my e-mail account with yahoo through my iPhone Mail app (so I do not have the yahoo.mail app downloaded). I forgot the password for me e-mail and I am unable to change it on the yahoo website so I have to change it thro my iPhone mail App. but do not know how. When I go to settings - passwords and accounts - yahoo - I do not get the option <change password>. same thing with settings - Mail -

Can anyone help?
