Can’t use my apple pay

It is not possible to use the application of iwallet because there is no button plus in the right upper part of the application. I can't add my credit cards for this

make sure you are in an area where Apple Pay is allowed, make sure you are using a passcode on your device too. go to this link - If you can't add cards to Wallet for Apple Pay - Apple Support
