Two small bugs have climbed under my MacBook screen

I have 2 very small black bugs that have climbed under my MacBook screen. If I take my MacBook into an Apple Shop, can they lift the screen to remove the bugs?

Hi, there's a bug in my MacBook Pro Display Hi, there's a bug in my MacBook Pro 16 Inch Display, First when i saw it, i was like "there's a bug resting on my screen" then i tried to swipe it away from by display, but it was INSIDE my Display. Then I tried to take it out by pressing on it, but then, i squished it inside my Display! I checked everything on YouTube, Trying a electric toothbrush to vibrate the bug out of my Display, but it didn't work. Is there any way to take the bug out without going to Apple Support or taking my MacBook apart? Thank You.

Yellow rectangles on my MacBookPro screen. No matter what I try to do, these 2 yellow rectangles are on my screen. It doesn't matter if I'm reading my email or watching a movie, they are there and have been for 2+ days. The aren't large, I'd say they are about 1/2" wide and 1/4 inch tall. They shouldn't be there and are very annoying.

Take the computer to an authorized service center for evaluation.

I purchased the MacBook new in May 2019, so I assume that it is under guarantee.
