iPhone X call volume problem.

Hi All,

I'm having with calls on my iPhone X since I got it. Phone calls sound really low volume and hazy.

I didn't have this problem with my iPhone 6 with the same provider. Volume is turned up OK.

It plays music and video fine. Interestingly the call quality is fine when on speaker. Noise cancellation is off. Nothing blocking the speaker.

The phone is out of warranty. I've done a hard reset. I've looked on the web for ideas.

Any further thoughts about how to correct his?

Turn up the volume, While you're on a call, adjust the volume with the volume buttons. Make sure that you can see the volume indicator on the screen when you press the volume buttons.
