Apple TV 3rd Generation
I bought my Apple TV 3rd Generation several years ago. I am now in Ireland. How can I reset it to show content in Ireland?

There isn’t a public list of content/TV networks/services per country or region for the older models Apple TV. Not sure is there is local Irish content for this model.
If there is, then it is all tied to the Apple ID and its region (billing address). The device region follows from that. Content providers (other than Apple) may additionally check for an IP address as registered for that country or region.

The newer models Apple TV offer more through apps, which allows content providers to bring content to your device without much organizing from Apple.
