Hi I recently purchased a zoom tac 2r audio interface. I followed the instructions. Did everything written on the user manual. But the driver is not getting installed on my system. I don't know where the problem lies. Tried installing the driver on my friends Imac and it works. I'm very frustrated please help.

Did you contact Zoom? According to their web page the driver is compatible with OS X 10.10 - 10.13. No mention of Mojave.
It's not showing under privacy settings.
It's working on my friend's Imac which also running Mojave.
And it is compatible with mojave
I'm not getting any error message. The installation process runs fine. But the software doesn't get installed.
Sorry but I don't understand. Either the installation process runs fine or it doesn't. If it doesn't install the software, it's not fine.
I would still check with Zoom.
Let me tell you what happens. After the installation gets over. It asks me to restart my mac. But after the mac restarts there is no sign of the software.
Are you installing a driver or software? A driver won't necessarily have associated software.
Well, I don't know where the driver is supposed to be installed so I don't know where you should look. Zoom would know.
I am not familiar with that gadget, so this may be a silly question:
Have you tried to plug in the zoom tac - what happens after you do? Is it recognized?
But zoom tac 2r is not responding. It's not switching on. Initially i thought that maybe the unit is faulty but i tried to connect to my friend's mac n its working.
