My iPhone has stopped picking up changes that I have made to my MacBook Calendar.

My iPhone has stopped picking up changes that I have made to my MacBook Calendar. How can I rectify this please. I cannot understand what it said on the internet as my menus are different.

If your menus are different please tell us

iphone iOS version (probably in Settings, General, About)
MacOS version (in 🍏 About this Mac)
Which email provider hosts your calendar data, eg Apple iCloud, Google calendar, Hotmail etc
