App in app update that isn't installed on iPhone

I'm seeing TinyPoll in app updates but the app is not installed on my phone nor do I remember ever installing it, anyone else getting this?

iPhone SE, iOS 12

Thanks Lawrence,

Used your info to check my history and the history of the app. Best I can tell the app hasn't changed names and I don't have it installed. I also haven't ever downloaded the app before.

It might be an app that was renamed. You can review your purchase history as described in this link-->See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.
