unknown error while restoring my iPhone

Hi, I tried to downgrade from iOS 13 to 12, while downgrading I had an error, then if I plug my iPhone I get that I need to restore to factory settings, when I try to restore, while restoring I get the following message: unknown error occurred while restoring this iPhone (70) , the error number is 70

can any one help please ?
