I was abruptly logged out of my instagram and facebook accounts and when I was asked to log in to contact you I received a permission request to log into my account from my location, meaning someone had already logged in from a different one (which based on the map it was in a region near me)
Can you please help me?

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

Security Software’s VPN
When you get maps of where someone is trying to log in, that may or may not mean that be connected to a VPN (Virtual Private Network). So, rid of any security software that is installed on your Mac.
Such software will always get in the way of locations. Parental Controls may create restrict particular permissions to use sites.
