Restore from older backup

I want to restore my phone with an old back up, not the most recent one. How do I do that

iPhone XR, iOS 12

Unless you have an archived backup save in iTunes, you don’t. iCloud only saves one back for each device and that backup is overwritten with each subsequent backup.
