Why am I being charged for Apple iTunes when I didn’t purchase it? And how do I get it taken off and refunded?

Where are you seeing this charge exactly?


iTunes is a free application, there is no charge for it.


If the only evidence of the charge is from an email, make sure its actually from Apple: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If you are seeing the "iTunes.com/bill" in your credit card statement, then see here: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
