My lazada app does not open on both iPhone 8+ and iPhone XR. Tried to install it on my old Iphone 5 and it doesn't open either.

Well it turned out the the developer’s update does have compatibility issues with IOS. Their latest update was able to settle the issues.
That's a good question for the provider of the App. It's not an Apple product.
That maybe so - but the Apple community may offer help also. Incidentally, i have the same problem with the Lazada app - and there is no one at Lazada who is able to offer a constructive answer or even a solution to this issue
