Apple Watch app layout

I have recently returned from an overseas deployment to a cellular/WiFi rich environment. I recently updated my Apple Watch Series 2 and installed the public beta iOS 13. Now my problem is I have lost most of my apps in the App Layout. I have restarted both devices and did a complete unpair/repair of my watch with no change. Is there someone who can assist with this?
