Purchasing new power cord
Does Apple sell the 85W MagSafe power adapter with "L" style connector? I need it for my MacBook Pro 15" that I gave my niece.

Yes, Apple still sells the 85W Magsafe 1 power adapter.
From the picture it looks like it includes the Duck Head adapter which I personally do not like, but you can also get the AC cord if you want. Here is the link to the US one, but ones for other regions should still be available as well.
