IPod Music Library

I'm trying to add music to my IPod shuffle 4th gen and it keeps saying "To play apple music songs on your IPod. turn on IPod music library and i don't know what to do i checked youtube nothing. Please help

Songs from your Apple Music subscription cannot be added to iPod if that's what you are trying to do.
