Can't log in into some apps

I have a question regarding on some specific apps problem. I cant login to facebook and messenger app. It keep saying “An unexpected error occured. Please try logging in again.” I have this problem for almost 3months already. I dont know if its facebook problem or the problem is my phone. I even updated the latest IOS just to fix it but same result. I already uninstalled and installed the apps many time. I hope someone can help or can give some info about this. I already reported this to facebook but no reply

To get help signing into your Facebook account, you'll want to work with Facebook directly. You can do that here: I can't log in to Facebook. | Facebook Help Center | Facebook.

Hello,

Thank you for replying. I already checked it before but no solutions that meet my problem. I also contacted/reported it to facebook. But haven’t receive any replies yet
