I keep getting £10.99 each month taken from my bank account, I have not used ITunes but I’m still being charged, I would like a refund please? I would not mind if I used this service but I definitely have not.

If you've never used iTunes and therefore don't have the card linked to any iTunes account the card issuer should deal with it.
If you have used iTunes and the purchase is on your iTunes account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
If you've never used iTunes and therefore don't have the card linked to any iTunes account the card issuer should deal with it.
