I wanted to erase my MacBook Air and reinstall it but it didn't happen! Now when I push power key there comes just a flashing question mark and if I push command R key at the same time, there comes a globe with a triangle saying Apple.com/support. What should I do?
You'll want to reset the NVRAM before the reinstallation. Press the Command, Option, P, and R keys immediately after startup. You will see the Apple logo disappear. Once you see the logo the second time, let go of the four keys and hold down Command and R to get into recovery mode.

Your recovery partion on hdd is gone.You need to reinstall using internet recovery option+command+R at start up.
Thank you for the answer but it doesn't work. Again there comes a globe with a triangle on it and it says apple.com/support -2105F
It is internet acces error try on diferent internet connection
Or try to use google dns servers 8.8.8.8

Fortunately the problem is solved but there is another one : after fixing, touch response and right click doesn't work!!
