app store approvals

I have a simple question, we have a registered company in Vanuatu, and just created an app, does Apple have any issues with the Country for approval? Thanks.

TaxAct iOS App for iPhone? Every time I try to download the TaxAct Express app from the Apple App Store, I get a pop up message stating “app not available in your country/region”…… I live in the US, Texas - born and raised and purchased my iPhone through tmobile here in the US and my country/region is in fact already listed as United States in my App Store settings. I just can’t figure out for the life of me what is wrong! Taxact, inc. is advertising their mobile iOS & android app on their website, with links to the App Store! At this point I’m pretty sure it has to be something on Taxact’s side but I have found NOTHING ELSE ONLINE about this 🤷🏼‍♀️ and I surely can’t be the only one with this problem… I am using an iPhone 13 on iOS 15.3.
