Subscription

I have been charged for a subscription which I don’t know about and when I go into my subscriptions to find it and the page is empty

iPhone 6, iOS 12

If you're sure that you don't have that subscription among your list AND if you're sure, checking your bank's statement, that the money has been withdrawn by Apple, contact iTunes Store and inform them, filling out and sending them this form: iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support


Be careful: if you're not sure that both the above listed conditions are true, it could have been a false message:

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
