I have a debit card on my account. It’s worked before but this time it is not allowing me to do anything. It isn’t telling me “failed” or “declined” or anything like that it’s accepting it then not doing anything. Not sure what else to try I’ve deleted it. Logged out. Googled things and I’m still not getting anywhere. Thank you in advance.
Try a different card, preferably a credit card - debit cards seem to be being accepted less-and-less by iTunes
Do you have another debit card that you could try ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? If they are you could use them as your payment method.
