Credit Card Charges

I am getting charges on my Visa credit card for apple purchases (mostly apps and games). I own this Visa credit card but it is NOT the credit card on file under my apple ID. What's going on? How do I stop these charges without closing my credit card account?

If you don't have the card linked to any iTunes account contact the card issuer, they should investigate and likely cancel and replace the card.
