You were successfully able to remove the card and then add it back without errors ? After logging out did you also close the app via the phone's taskbar and reboot before logging back in ?
I cant change payment method because this problem i try add new payment method and they show me this text. (Three is an issue with your payment method. Update your payment information to correct the problem and try again.) Maybe i need change credit card or someting else?
You've added a new card, what is it accepted ? Have you since tried logging out etc. and back into the account ?
I add same card not new card . I try log in and out but its not help me at all.

Yes , and i try reboot but its not help me at all . Main problem i buy something then cancel everyting whats imposible and how i have this problem.
