Im not receiving notifications on my apple watch. They are turned on and still not receiving any notifications. There is also a 4 second delay when receiving text msgs, which are the only notifs being received in the watch. The watch is up to date

Try resetting your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
I’ve tried resetting my watch, but I’m still not getting text msg notifications. My iPhone XR and my Apple Watch (series 1) are both up to date.
