I have the new apple watch 4 and cant get a third party app on the face of my watch. I added it to favorites and it still won't show up in the customize. My series 2 allowed me to do that... Please help!

Which Watch face are you trying to add the complication to? Not all complications are available for all faces.
Have you tried uninstalling the App from your iPhone and re-installing it again?
The main one with all the quick starts customize face.
Could you post a screenshot of that face? Everyone's identification of the "main one", can be different.

How exactly are you trying to install a third party watch face? To the best of my knowledge, there is no Apple-Sanctioned way to do that.
How are you trying to do this? Explain exactly. Are you trying to use the watch face that shows a picture? Are you trying to add a complication?
I am under customize watch face and choosing one of the options to change and when I scroll through to add Under Armour it is not an option.
I am trying to put Under Armour record on the face of my watch. It allowed it on my series 2, but when I go to customize to it won't allow that one to be an option even though it's installed and in a favorite. It only allows their choices. :)
