I have tried all the settings for turning off my iPhone Xs Camera Shutter Sound. But it doesn't turn off. Please help with the suggesstions here.

If this iPhone os from a region where it's illegal, then there's no way to turn it off.

In some countries, like Japan, phones sold there do not have the ability to silence the shutter.
