Please help. Need etrecheck pro’s

My iMac 2007 is giving a hard time. 3 years a go had the hard drive changed and didn’t use the machine up to last February, ran fairly well expect for all the stuff which are non updatable. Anyway back to the issue. Really really really slow in everything.. 1 minute to click something . Strange thing it does work in safe mode.. had it clean installed but did not help. Also around my arrow there a strange signs. Hope you can see it, quite difficult to capture.

maybe my etrecheck rapport can help. Is there anyone with the right knowledge to read this and wants to?

Took me ages to get the check ✅

If Safe Mode is working fine, then you either have a third party driver causing a problem or a Startup Item or a User Login item is causing your problems since these are all disabled in Safe Mode.

You can easily determine if it is a Login item either by deleting them from the Users & Groups System Preference for your account or by creating a new test account and logging into the new test account on the next boot.

When you performed the clean install, did you migrate your apps & settings or restore from a backup? If so, you have brought the problem to the clean system. You may want to migrate only the User account and manually reinstall all the apps. If you still have issues, you may need to migrate only the documents or just manually restore your documents and critical/complex settings.

Here is an article which explains Startup Items and User Login Items. Be careful removing Startup Items or Launch Daemons. You should only remove the third party items.
