iPhone 7 video option vanished

Before the IOS update I had the video option. Apple then had me to a restore now my video option is now “gone”. What freaking joke. It shouldn’t be called “Restore” it’s should be called “having no life” because I’ve been troubleshooting for 4 weeks, video option pouf! vanished!
